- Biometric authentication features, including Face ID on iPhone X and Touch ID on supported iPhones and iPads
- Display of outstanding work items count directly on the app icon for quick reference
- Enhanced PIN validation protocols that lock a user’s PIN after multiple invalid login attempts
- Option to enable certificate pinning for added protection against data interception during communications
- Multi-facility support, allowing physicians to access multiple OneContent™ Patient Folder systems using a single device
- User prompt for privacy policy agreement upon initial application use

- iOS version 10.3 or later
- Network connectivity to the facility’s OneContent™ Integration Server via Wi-Fi or cellular network
- A valid physician login for the OneContent™ Patient Folder system; system administrator consultation recommended for access details
- Compatibility with all supported versions of OneContent™ Patient Folder required for deficiency management features
- For new features such as Acknowledgments and Physician Queries, system updates to the latest available versions are necessary:
- Acknowledgments – Versions 17.6.2 or 18.0
- Physician Queries – Versions 17.5.1, 17.5.2, 17.6.2, or 18.0
